How FrontDesk works
FrontDesk gives service businesses a private workspace for customer enquiries and reviewed browser replies.
Your trial and access
The free trial lasts 5 days and allows up to 100 new enquiries. Payment activation is not yet available. No payment is required to start.
When business access expires or is suspended, new enquiries and owner replies are unavailable. Existing private conversation history remains readable. Customers can still add follow-ups to open conversations, subject to conversation limits. A paused-reception notice explains when replies are unavailable.
USD 500 for the first 30 paid days.
After the introductory period, choose USD 1,500 per month or USD 18,000 for 12 months, paid upfront. The yearly option equals twelve monthly payments; it is not an extra fee or a discount.
No automatic charge. Each purchase is initiated by you. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Card checkout is in progress. It is not available yet. No payment is requested.
The separate optional crypto offer is 500 USDT for the first 30 paid days, using Solana or Polygon only when the receiving route is activated. USDT activation is pending receiving-account and receipt verification. No USDT monthly or yearly renewal offer is available. USD and USDT are different assets.
Monthly and yearly collection are not active. The included service, exact access dates, total, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before any payment is requested. You do not need cryptocurrency to start the free trial.
Review before delivery
Saving a draft does not send it. Review the latest customer message and your exact reply before approving delivery. Editing the reply or receiving a newer customer message requires a fresh review.
Replies appear at the customer's private conversation link. Email and SMS notifications are not included. There is no guaranteed response time. Businesses are responsible for checking the accuracy of their replies.
Keep account access safe
Only register a business you are authorised to manage. Do not share account passwords or private customer links. For access assistance, use account help. A support request does not automatically reset a password.
This is an explanation of current service behaviour, not a promise of future features or payment availability.
