Refund Policy
Payment collection is not active. No funds are requested.
Current availability
FrontDesk card payments are not active. This policy describes the rules for future FrontDesk access purchases. It does not request payment or mean that Paddle has approved CMFK.
No voluntary refunds
FrontDesk purchases, including separately purchased renewals, are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or issued under Paddle's applicable terms or refund policy. CMFK does not offer a money-back guarantee or refunds for changes of mind, unused days or a decision to stop using the service.
This policy does not limit mandatory legal rights or Paddle's authority over refunds for Paddle orders. Contact CMFK about duplicate or incorrect charges, failure to receive the purchased service, or another payment problem. Reporting a problem does not itself establish a refund entitlement.
Payment problems and applicable refund rights
Email cmfk009@gmail.com with the account email, purchase date and order or receipt reference. For a Paddle order, you can also contact https://paddle.net. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or identity document by email.
Paddle processes any applicable refund for a Paddle order. CMFK will refer eligible payment disputes or refund requests to Paddle; it does not promise a voluntary refund. Processing time depends on the provider and issuing bank; no immediate-credit deadline is promised.
After a confirmed full refund, access funded by that purchase ends. Existing customer data is handled under the Privacy Policy; a refund is not an automatic data-deletion request.
Stopping future payments
FrontDesk access does not renew by automatically charging a card. To stop, do not purchase another period. You can also contact CMFK. There is no cancellation fee. An advance renewal purchase is subject to the same no-voluntary-refunds policy and applicable legal and Paddle rights.
An expired trial creates no charge. A failed or unconfirmed payment grants no paid access. If money was taken but access was not provided, contact CMFK and the payment provider with the receipt reference.
Other receiving routes
A USDT transfer is not a Paddle card transaction. The separate 500 USDT introductory route remains unavailable until its receiving and refund arrangements are verified and disclosed. This card refund policy does not authorize any cryptocurrency transfer or define a USD-to-USDT conversion.
